comment Mount a content database with site collection already exist in the farm
Not in a way that changes the ID. What you'll probably want to do is back up the current site collection at /sites/abc with Backup-SPSite, detach the CDB, re-mount the other db, then use Restore-SPSite to restore the SC backup from the test environment on a different URL.

comment Error when Uploading an RSDS File to SharePoint, collection and SSRS out of synch
Proxy Group info is under Application Management -> Configure service application associations. SA/Proxy status info is listed on Manage Service Applications. Lastly, the status of the Service Instance is on Manage services on server.

comment multiple profiles for people that connect through multiple authentication providers
They're always logging in with Windows Auth, whether it is via WAP or directly to SharePoint. But you point the A record for your Web App at WAP so your users are directed to it.

comment How will the CreatedBy & ModifiedBy fields get populated incase we allow external users to send emails to a sharepoint list
Yes, if SharePoint can resolve the name it will show as the display name of the user. If not, it will show as System Account.

comment What is the Build Version of SharePoint Server 2016 RC?
I believe it should, but that said you're running the correct build. Not something to be concerned with, not all patches for SharePoint (from 2010 on up through 2016) will increment the build number.

comment Workflow Manager config doesn't recognize open ports
You say the ports are in a listening state. Can you validate that it is WFM/SB processes listening on those ports? Obviously you cannot re-use a port for another application, which is what I'm getting at.

No, SharePoint is configured to use Windows Auth, but users are pointed at WAP in order to access SharePoint. Great how-to on this: brightstarr.com/sharepoint-technology-and-application-insights/…

WAP + ADFS 3.0 will present a forms-based login scenario. You can also configure ADFS to use a non-claims aware relaying party trust so you do not have to configure SharePoint to use SAML.

Why are you using ADFS and Windows Auth? Just use ADFS (and perhaps WAP + ADFS if you need FBA style logins). SSO is provided by a service, such as ADFS, that allows you to log into multiple systems. IE provides "SSO" by simply passing your Windows user/pass to a system that requests it, given it is in the Intranet Zone. It isn't true SSO.
