comment Workflow failed to run after pause - SP2010
The same "triple t" shows up at community.nintex.com/message/23848#23848 so Nintex Workflow people, take note. I just hit this snag myself.

comment display list of cancelled and errored workflows?
I have avoided directly accessing any of the databases, as that is considered forbidden territory by Microsoft. Doubtless the answer does lie within there, though.

comment Obtain workflow ID by title using CSOM?
Unfortunately, sp.workflowservices.js is not available in SP 2010. Shame, too, because it looks perfect otherwise.

comment custom content type column ordering is ignored on forms
I have not created custom forms. I actually tried to see if I could create an InfoPath form instead, but that isn't an option when working with Calendar lists.

comment custom content type column ordering is ignored on forms
I did not add site columns to the list. I did all the site column additions to the site content types. The list contains no columns that I directly added; they're all from the site content types, or are the built-in "Created By", "Modified By".

No. Purely via the Site Collection Administrator.

comment SP2010 REST query does not return Author info
Right you are! I created a brand new "Calendar" type list, and added my custom content type to it. The numeric CreatedById was then supplied, and using the REST queries shown by Vadim G. above, I was able to retrieve author info. I'd mark your comment as the answer too if I could, but the best I could do was to upvote it.

comment SP2010 REST query does not return Author info
Tried both. Neither work for me. I actually tried the "CreatedById" on speculation early on, and it fails. So does "CreatedBy". If I take out the "CreatedBy" or "CreatedById", it works, but of course does not return the desired column. I don't know if this matters or not, but the list is a Calendar list. Perhaps this something that is fixed by applying a cumulative update, who knows?

comment How to get user info by ID for SharePoint 2010 using REST?
The first suggestion, /_vti_bin/ListData.svc/UserInformationList(id) works, and while it means doing separate calls to get the user info, it eases my pain for the day. The second suggestion, using $expand=, does not work, and only threw errors. I'm not sure exactly why, because $expand= is part of the REST API.
