Test the title for a value I ended up going with the following solution: Since we are likely to be tweaking the workflows and assign groups to certain customers, I went ahead and created these custom columns. |

Test the title for a value Most definitely. When I was trying to work a solution for this, I noticed that the best way to TRY to tackle this was using the utility actions. Noting that it probably is more trouble than it's worth, I think that I will edit the list to include those custom columns that you mentioned. I will be reporting back to you when I have implemented the change. |

Approving items in a folder I do not oppose using columns and fields. In fact, I was in the process of creating something in which I use a column with the field "Approved?" which is a simple yes or no. |
