How to package Page Layouts/Master Pages in VS in SharePoint 2013? ah yes i see what you mean now... this process as opposed to the 2010 process. Well you probably could create a solution in the same way we did in 2010, and then simply redeploy every time you made a change, but i would suggest simply testing your page layout in one place very well to make sure it's what you want before you copy it across. |

What is the difference between properties.OpenWeb() and properties.Web? Why is OpenWeb not deprecated then? |

Why do my Web Part properties not show up? That did it! Not in a very clean way... but that made it show up. Awesome. Thanks! |

How to package Page Layouts/Master Pages in VS in SharePoint 2013? Hmm... That sounds like the standard practise to me. Isn't that the point of a DEV machine? Unless I'm totally missing something here... |

Why do my Web Part properties not show up? Well I've at least discovered that it's off the page somewhere, as if it's under an overflow: hidden, but i havent added any that it could be in... what i did to make it show up was to give it'd td a position: absolute and left: 0 |
