Some users unable to edit document properties At first I thought so, as 2 of the first affected people where SP 'owners' of their own sites within the collection. But then another 2 people had the issue, and they appear to just contribute rights to a few doc libraries. What were your thought? Might still be applicable. |

Forms: Sharepoint or Infopath & SharePoint? Those are some great little tools. But I'm always a little wary about 3rd party tools. The issue is, whilst they are extremely flexible, sometimes you hit a point when you need to stretch the function in a slightly different direction, and your not always able to. But of course that is purely speculation in regards to these tools. I can see a lot of use in them for a company that has their requirements properly specced out. Unfortunately where I work, people will change their requirements every 5 minutes... |

Forms: Sharepoint or Infopath & SharePoint? Ok that sounds good. I'll try and make do with the IP2007 untill we can migrate all machines to make the most of it. Cheers |

Issues with migrating SharePoint 2010 from one AD to another It looks like it is going to work fine. As we migrate the users across we just need to make sure we re-add them to their new groups. As we remove the old AD, SP should clean them out, just as if we had deleted them. |
