comment URLs have double-encoded spaces after migration
An interesting note. This only occurs with migrated images. New users who are added don't have this problem with their profile pictures.

comment URLs have double-encoded spaces after migration
Per my original posting "My last resort option would be to use jQuery to modify the URLs on page load but, I would like to explore other avenues first.". I appreciate you posting the suggested script though.

comment Lock item when approval starts
@Ching29 JavaScript is client-side code. Are you using it as a form of "security through obscurity" or to hit the client-side object model (CSOM) to modify permissions? If it is the first, then you are not truly securing those items. If it is the latter then you should be fine.

comment Office Web Apps opening after being disabled in Library
Thanks. This jogged my memory that I had run the Service Pack myself on my own version of Office. I'll have one of our users test to see if it fixes their issue. On a side note though, this doesn't fix PDFs always opening in OWA.

comment Office Web Apps opening after being disabled in Library
@DanielZiga I made that recommendation but it doesn't seem to help the issue. Which makes me think it is a browser / version / office compatibility issue?

Also, here is some additional information that will help. You will want to first use the Remove List Item Permissions action. Then, use the Add List Item Permissions action to add the permissions back onto the Current Item.

We are not using an ISA server so the normalization verification isn't a factor.
