comment Impersonation in a net.tcp WCF-service in a claims based/Kerberos solution
Your client is configured to use NTLM, not kerberos - is that intended? Have you disabled anonymous access for IIS web site running SharePoint? It the SharePoint application running HTTP or HTTPS? What says the ULS log about the access denied error?

comment Error while creating Event Receiver
You cannot use the Add method or any of the overrides in a sandboxed solution. This is stated in the MSDN documentation: msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms430598.aspx. You can only add event receivers declaratively here. See the comment on the referenced MSDN page.

comment Excel Services - Using parameter for query
Otherwise it is as Jon points out with a small modification. Add the desired column to the Report Filter in the pivot diagram and name the cell with the filter value in the diagram. You must pass in the parameter via a SharePoint filter web part on web part page.

comment Excel Services - Using parameter for query
Sorry, now I follow. I was reading a bit too quick over your text. Is there any special reason that you want your users to type in the value? Because in terms of OOTB functionality I would use a slicer.
