comment Should I use a SharePoint list, or library for my InfoPath form?
With all due respect, have you read and understood the question? It is quite apparent that the asker is aware of the basic functionality of a list form compared to a browser form and is asking for advice for which variant to use. You just regurgitate some stuff about InfoPath libraries that you found somewhere, but you don't even attempt to answer the question.

How do you "do the search"? Is this about the SharePoint Search service? Has it been configured in your farm? Search results don't magically appear. A lot of work goes into configuring search. And even then, search results depend on the crawled data. If an item is tagged, it will only appear in the search results after the next crawl, not immediately.

What is the data type of the field RFQ No? What is the data validation? What rules are applied? How is the field populated? Put the details in the question.

No, the library where you want to save the form. How many forms are already in the library?

comment Can I extract a list with a button in infopath 2010?
The button already exists. On the ribbon. You may need to step back and explain the bigger picture. Please don't do that in a comment. Edit your question and add more detail.

comment XSLT - Field Value shows in designer, but all field values does not render in browser except @Title
What is the p tag inside the first template doing there? The XSLT looks all wrong. It is all happening in the match="/" template. Where is AllRows defined?
