comment Remove SecondaryOwner from site collection with powershell?
-SecondaryOwner is not listed as valid parameter on the source you give. And it doesn't seem to work.

comment Do I need to dispose a SPWeb or SPSite object from a WorkflowContext
I tried SPDisposeCheck with and without disposing. Neither resulted in a warning/error.

So, what is so special about those templates that only those two templates can be used in the unlimited archive scenario?

comment how to send a link to the edit view of a list item from a workflow
Nice find! I didn't know about "Workflow Context"->"Current Item URL". Way beter than creating the url by hand (as PirateEric suggest).

comment Delegate control with class.cs
Can you check if the Control is registered as safe? Build and deploy, then check your web.config file. Also check the ULS-logs for errors (an unsafe control will generate an error).

comment Delegate control with class.cs
Did you register it as safe control? Try adding a breakpoint, what does the ULS-log say? Check if it is correctly registered with this: blog.mastykarz.nl/…

Are you just looking at the page, or at the page-source. The text will be inserted in the <head> element of the page and thus will not render in the browser. And Did you specify a Sequence value in your element file?

comment SharePoint 2013 List of Features and Hardware Requirements?
Minimum for dev is RAM: 8GB (Foundation) or 24GB (Server), 4 cores and 80Gb disk (F and S). Be carefull what you read on technet. Some information is still for 2010, be sure to check if the information on the page is really for 2013 (don't trust the link titles!)

comment Audit log a specific user (or: Monitor the admin)
Site Collection admin is just two people, but management doesn't like the fact those two can read all (One of the SCAdmin is me ...). The site has thousands of hits a day (300 people working all day on 600 GB of documents) Thus my reluctance to activate Auditing.

I was unable to reproduce your problem. Try adding some debug output to your script, e.g.: "Write-host $targetUrl" to check if all variables are correct.

comment SPWeb being closed when getting list by powershell. What's wrong?
Look at MSDN and ask questions here! So we all can learn (as I did about SPAssingment!)

comment SPWeb being closed when getting list by powershell. What's wrong?
I did not try this, and I didn't know (remember?) about SPAssingment. It is stated on MSDN: "It is important to note that every site collection returned by the Get-SPWeb cmdlet is automatically disposed of at the end of the pipeline. To store the results of Get-SPWeb in a local variable, the Start-SPAssignment and Stop-SPAssignment cmdlets must be used to avoid memory leaks." on technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff607807.aspx

comment List Templates and Custom Contenttypes missing document template on list creation
Thanks! Now it works. I did have to copy the full field definitions and the full contenttype definitions to the Schema file. Using ContentTypeRef doesn't work. The full CT-def with the Folder and DocumentTemplate elements did the trick. Thanks again!
