comment The provided App differs from another App with the same version and product ID
Is it a custom app you are trying to install? Do you know which other App that is being talked about? What have you tried?

comment SharePoint Site Collections Planning
Will there be lots of lists? Will the customer data be an aggregation of collected data stored in many lists into one? How does the Analyzers expect to access the customer data? You say data will likely be stored in Lists or Doc Libraries - will there be actual documents (Word, Excel etc.) attached to customer data? Please elaborate on the bigger picture of this.

comment Why javascripts referenced in JSLink are cached by browser (max-age=31536000)?
@EmilianoPoggi Because JSLinked files are used in correlation to lists, views, and the like, which needs to load fast and the OOTB SP files rarely/never changes.

comment SPServices Cascading Dropdown taking long time to load
What version of SharePoint is this? In what context are you using SPServices? How many items are in the lists? Do you run other code on the page; does that code run long actions?

comment Custom master page's background Color
Try inspecting the site using the developer tools in your browser. Find the outer most element which sets a background-color and overwrite its css class in your custom css.

comment AE and Æ in document names
@MortenF Honestly I'm not aware of a SharePoint setting for this. Previously when I've run into this issue I've advised clients to stick to one or the other. This is unfortunately one of those barriers you will face where custom code is your only option (that I know of) to circumvent this behavior.

Try running a full crawl in your search service. Might be because the documents haven't been crawled.

comment Create custom list in sharepoint with a list template using JQuery
Everything you need is already given to you in the previous question. To create a list using the Custom List template, you use the AddList function and give it the Custom List template ID (100) as a parameter.

comment CAML Query to Return Blog Posts from any Blog Sites in SIte Collection
Don't use CAML query. That's redundant in this scenario. Look into the KeywordQuery API - msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/dn423226.aspx

comment Which is recommended form control to use in SharePoint?
@ThirusangurajaVenkatesan I believe you can use the SharePoint: prefix. What I mean with prefix namespace is, in your application pages (.aspx) in the top you will find code like this: <%@ Register TagPrefix="SharePoint" Namespace="Microsoft.SharePoint.WebControls" Assembly="Microsoft.SharePoint, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c" %>.

comment is it wrong to use “min-Width:105%” & “max-Width:105%” to expand my list views on small sized screens
@johnG Percentages vary, pixels don't. That's the main difference. If you go with percentages, then the column will still shrink if the user opens the list on an even smaller screen, where as if you used pixel, the column would stay the same and the content still be readable.

comment is it wrong to use “min-Width:105%” & “max-Width:105%” to expand my list views on small sized screens
@johnG I think it's a good idea because then you have more control over presentation rather than rely on SharePoints out-of-the-box way of displaying data. It's a personal opinion. If what you have now satisfies customer requirements and only want to widen the Description column, then @JussiPalo's suggestion is what I'd go with because then the Description column has a minimum width and the columns around it will adjust to it.
