I'm assuming it's because you're customizing a list form in InfoPath and nnot creating a form in a form library as that sounds like the accurate way to do it. Expecting an answer in an hour is a little unreasonable, cause you know, we have jobs too. You've asked one other question and gotten a response and an accepted answer, so the site does work.

Then you'll need to incorporate something to what Zork mentions, a hidden field the gets promoted to the list that is the trigger for the work flow that starts on creation or change.

I'm not trying to be negative, I'm trying to help you get answers to your question(s). You might want to break it up into several questions specifically targetted with the particular issue. It'll be easier for people to understand and help.

With the list backend they would be able to, they simply change it item level permissions through the UI and add/edit item metadata as necessary. I'm using this method for a web part driving a category based home page navigation, without security trimming, that will be going live soon.

You might want to rephrase it then to be a bit more "on topic" instead of linking out to various articles.

Yes, as with either route, jQuery or DVWP, it's automatically filtered based on the users permissions.

comment Sharepoint 2010 grouping workflow tasks for a document library
That's the best approach and do it for all my workflows so users have an idea where exactly the item sits in the workflow process. Simply In Progress and Complete are not enough of an indicator.

You might want to clarify this a bit so you get the most appropriate answer, "like the one in youtube". This implies that you want to display youtube videos (based on bandwidth comment) but you also imply that you want to store them (repository).
