Jun 8	comment	How does SharePoint Search handle pending (unapproved) items? Try and enable minor versioning for your document library. Then you can have a last published version that stays in the index while you work on the next major version. Without minor versioning and with content approval enabled the document is removed from the index until you approve the new major version.
