LINQ to SharePoint and localized list names I didn't... I have not found any solution to that problem. I am instead using the really Linq To SharePoint provider CamlexNET. Check it out there --> camlex.codeplex.com |

SharePoint 2010 Web Part built in Visual Studio 2010 & Deployed to /bin Is it a Sandbox solution ? You can't use Visual webpart from within them... |

How do I show a view of documents for the current user's department? Then you could add a metadata column representing the departments, then create some views filtered by department. That could do it! |

How do I show a view of documents for the current user's department? Do you want a security solution, or a display solution? I mean, do you want a solution that secures the items scoping them to a certain group, of only showing them to the good group, without concern about the item security ? |

Developing ASP.Net User Control to be imported to SharePoint MOSS 2007 You can develop completly from VS2010 for SP2007. For WSPBuilder, I don't know if they built a version for VS2010... I am using the MSBuild-based solution "STSDEV" and I can do all my development (2007 AND 2010) from my Visual Studio 2010 environment! |
