comment One timer job not running on one server
I have tried restarting the timer service from the "Services" application on the server and this has not resolved the problem.

comment executeQueryAsync callback with a while loop
And yes, you are right about feeding it an array instead of individual items from a loop. I can look into cleaning this up a bit now that I have it working properly.

comment executeQueryAsync callback with a while loop
Okay, this worked perfectly on the first try. Thanks so much. I had read about promises previously but wasn't sure if they were considered a "less ideal" solution than properly setting up callbacks.

comment Adding an item to a list using javascript — oListItem is undefined.
If you copy paste his "example" codes, please realize that the X in each case should be lower case 'x'. putting in Last_X0020_Name will not work.

comment Programmatically copying attachment sporadically fails
Okay, that's interesting that you had the same problem with it occasionally failing. The problem with using an Attachment event receiver is that I do not always want to copy the item right away--sometimes I have an item that already has an attachment that gets copied later on.

comment Programmatically copying attachment sporadically fails
I am logging the error to SharePoint's ULS logs; that's how I got the error code. The error simply gives me "Value does not fall within the expected range" in one of these lines. I will see if swapping out attachment collection for spfolder will fix the issue, though.

comment Programmatically copying attachment sporadically fails
Okay, I will try retrieving the attachments this way and see if it helps. Since it happens sporadically, it will probably be several weeks until I can tell if there's a difference.
