A software developer located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, I have more than a decade experience dabbling in mostly Internet related software activities based on HTTP, JavaScript, ASP.NET and database modeling. In my spare time I teach intro level courses at a local university, read (mostly non-fiction) and run around screaming and laughing with my beautiful wife and daughter.

Audience Targeting on Navigation Links Thanks @Francois, that is a handy tip to know. Unfortunately after following the instructions found here I still have the same end result, the link shows for a URL... |

Having Trouble Upgrading From Trial Yep! I had to do just what was mentioned in the article and go from Standard Trial to Standard Licensed, and then Std Lic to Enterprise Lic. |

Kerberos on Chrome, Safari or FireFox Thanks @Robert! Just downloaded latest ver of Chrome, and Im authenticating as Kerberos now. We were hoping to not have to configure anything for Firefox and instead have it just "work", be it a group policy setting or something else.. but if anything I was worried that it was an IIS issue.. perhaps this is more browser level settings than IIS? I'm not sure if we have a CNAME or A record for our site, what should it be? |
