Ok, then I think even I should implement using the user groups instead of assigning permissions to each user for each document.

In my case the first point holds. About the third point how many users should be considered big, in my case the number of users could be from 2 users to 15 users per document.

comment Prevent SharePoint 2010 custom timer job to run on all web application
In the above reference the code snippet for retrieving web application in event receiver is SPWebApplication webApplication = (SPWebApplication)properties.Feature.Parent So, I think the parent should be the web-application for which I have given test site url in my initial project configuration. What I am not understanding is that, how the timer job is getting attached to other web-applications ?

comment Prevent SharePoint 2010 custom timer job to run on all web application
I have referred the links while creating timer job. And I have tried with SPWebApplication spweb = this.WebApplication and SPWebApplication spweb = this.Parent as SPWebApplication but still whenever I deploy the solution , the timer job is created for all the web application. Is it anyway related to the site url property while creating project or permissions or in FeatureActivated Event receiver?

comment Error occurred when assigning permission to multiple user in impersonation step in SharePoint 2010 Designer workflow
I do not know the multiple users. All I get is semicolon separated login id. And that thisng need to be dynamic. I tried doing this in sharepoint designer but it did not work. Now I going for adding event receivers and then doing that. But still if somehow it is possible with sharepoint designer it would be very helpful.
