I am migrating some data stored in folders and subfolders, to using Document Sets so that we can leverage metadata on the document sets and more effectively manage them. I have a work-flow that submits the document set to a content organiser whenever a change is made to the document set, i.e. a folder content type is changed to a document set content type, or metadata is added to the document set. However this workflow fails if there is a sub-folder within the document set. Most of these subfolders contain only a couple of files and they should all really be in the root of the document set, however with some 1000 document sets, it would be a pain to manually correct this. Is there any reason why this work flow would fail?
