SharePoint Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for SharePoint enthusiasts. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I am getting "Report Server has encountered a SharePoint error. (rsSharePointError) User cannot be found." error while opening SSRS report on SharePoint site. Getting this error only for few reports. Most of the reports are running fine.

Below is the SharePoint trace log i am getting:

(rsSharePointError) ---> Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms.ReportServerException: User cannot be found. ---> Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms.ReportServerException: For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors - -- End of inner exception stack trace --- - -- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I want to add some more observations: When i open saved report on SharePoint site in report builder it opens as 'Untitled' enter image description here
