SharePoint Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for SharePoint enthusiasts. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I am using the SPServices library to make search requests in Sharepoint 2010 using this code:

queryText = "<QueryPacket xmlns='urn:Microsoft.Search.Query' Revision='1000'>";
queryText += "<Query>";
queryText += "<Context>";
queryText += "<QueryText language='en-US' type='MSSQLFT'>";
queryText += "SELECT TOP 300 Title, Rank, Size, Description, Write, Path FROM Scope() WHERE CONTAINS ('" + text + "') And ContentType = 'Document' AND  ((\"SCOPE\" = 'blah')) ORDER BY \"Rank\" DESC";
queryText += "</QueryText>";
queryText += "</Context>";
queryText += "</Query>";
queryText += "</QueryPacket>";

    operation: "Query",
    queryXml: queryText,
    completefunc: searchComplete

I want to get the first 300 items, but this doesn't seem to work. I still get only 10 results.

Does anyone know how to do this?

nevermind, I got it queryText += "</Context>"; queryText += "<Range><Count>1000</Count></Range>"; queryText += "</Query>"; –  omega Jun 13 '13 at 18:06
