When ever I try to activate a feature I get:

[SPUserCodeSolutionProxiedException: That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers.]

I am not sure what this means, but what I do know is that my Web part is calling a class library. I did give it StrongNameKeyFile under signing and I have referenced it in the Web part. Under packages in the web part I did say it was a "dependency." under advanced when you select additional assemblies.

Now my Class Library does have have a name of SPAPI.Framework Not sure if that counts a "strong name" when creating the key I did name it SPAPIFramework.

I also read this MS entry on :

AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers attribute to call an assembly that has a strong name from a Web page by using Visual C# .NET, Visual C# 2005 or later versions

So what do I have to change for my class library to work. Im not sure what information I have to provide so please feel free to ask for additional.
