SharePoint Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for SharePoint enthusiasts. It's 100% free, no registration required.

Here's the scenario...

After an employee fills out a survey anonymously with Survey Monkey, they will be directed back to a SharePoint site. The SharePoint site will display a few words along with a basic form that will keep the surveys anonymous, but will give the user credit towards our company perks program. (the name will be in a SharePoint list, but not associated with the survey)

The goal is for users that have taken the survey, only to have access to the SharePoint site. How would you mask/hide the url AND disable copy/paste so users cannot access the SharePoint site without filling out the survey?
