I am attempting to set up LDAP/AD Claims Provider For SharePoint 2013, http://ldapcp.codeplex.com/

I have installed it, tested the connection and its working, however I need to associate it with a TrustedLoginProvider, and I am unsure how to procede.

I know I need to use:

$trust = Get-SPTrustedIdentityTokenIssuer "TRUSTEDLOGINPROVIDER NAME"
$trust.ClaimProviderName = "LDAPCP"

However, I dont know how to get the "TRUSTEDLOGINPROVIDER NAME"
