Getting user who has changed profile

Question

I would like to get the user who has changed a user profile from the change log. For e.x. I edit my profile and change some fields, next the admin edits the profile and changes something else. I would like to know what changes were done by admin and what were done by user through the change log. Apparently, I can only get some attributes like property name, value, ad id,user profile, etc for each change from the change collection. I am not able to get the user (admin or self) who changed that profile. Is this possible?
