I'm trying to use the Search Results Web Part, but although it works in a basic form, I run into the following problems:
- The title for the web part is not visible. Neither the default "Search Results" nor any custom title I provide in the settings.
- I cannot move web parts around, so I cannot place it where I want. The instructions here (http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/office365-sharepoint-online-small-business-help/add-move-minimize-or-delete-a-web-part-from-a-page-HA102858805.aspx) do not help - cut is not enabled (although I have full edit permissions for the page), and using the keyboard shortcut for "cut" and "paste" doesn't work either.
- I want to group results based on a custom column, but no custom columns show up in the dialog for this under Refiners in the Query settings.. BTW, I tried grouping on any of the available fields, and that doesn't seem to work either, and I'm not getting any grouping headings, as I do in Views.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I'm using Office 365.
