Get all site workflows using Web Services. “wfpub” is only returning 3 workflows

Question

I am writing a console application (C#) and using SharePoint Web Services to access site data.

I need to get the names of all the workflows available in a site.

"wfpub" list contains only 3 workflows...

but when i see in "http:///_layouts/wrkmng.aspx" it shows all the workflows.
