When I click on the search binocular it does not do anything? What could be the issue? I dropped this search webpart on the homepage of a site collection.

However, Advanced Search works. If i leave the search box blank i do get the warning that i need to put something in the search box. basically search web part is not working. – McLoving Mar 6 at 16:27
I deleted the Search Box Web part and added a brand new one and Now it's working. – McLoving Mar 6 at 17:41
