Our SharePoint 2010 Enterprise site has a Document library and Slide library.
In the Document libary, the Export to Excel button works great.
But in the Slide library, the control is disabled. Is there a way to enable this button?
If not, is there a way to link the slide library's columns and values to a list so that I could use the Export to Excel feature?
Note, I AM able to view the Slide library using Datasheet view. And I can copy from that view and paste into a blank Excel spreadsheet, but the column headers do not travel during this process; they have to be added separately. Thus, a more automated process (using the Export to Excel control) is preferred.
