Retrieve Office document properties from SP2010 document library items

Question

I am trying to retrieve "Advanced office document properties" for documents which are stored in document libraries under a site collection. Unfortunately I am struggling with this as I am not sure about methods to access these properties. Any help is appreciated! To make clear about what I am referring to, please check the below image. I am referring to the Name, Value and Type of the document listed.
