I can't filter LookupMulti's column using FilterMultiValue. My Url contain this fragment

FilterName=Tags&FilterMultiValue=Flower;Sword

Three is nothing, apart correlation ID. I found in UlsViewer

Unable to execute query: Error 0x80131904

and this
