Seeing blog after blog about how to do this in SP 2010, but can no longer find assistance for SP 2007.
We have the Picture property, set as URL, (even tried binary) and mapped to "thumbnailPhoto" - performed full synch, but the photos are not coming over.
We have plenty of other fields that successfully sync from AD to profiles.
Not sure what's going on. No errors. What's the magic trick for 2007, since there seem to be several via powershell for 2010?
