I am getting the following error when I try to update a list in datasheet view from a client machine "Cannot connect to server at this time. Changes to your data cannot be saved."

I have WSS 3.0 SP2 installed on Windows Server 2003.When I update the list on the server,then the update is successful.

Can anyone pls guide me as to what is going wrong.
