Created a survey within MOSS 2007.
Question 1: Unique Call ID (which is a required single line of text field) Question 2: Evaluator ID (which is a required person or group field) Both of these questions are on the first page of the survey
The second page contains more content related questions.
Is it possible to extract the answers given for Questions 1and2 and place at the top of the second page?
For example: Question 1:Unique Call ID - answer = 12345 Question 2: Evalualor ID - answer = Tate, Tammy
At the top of the second page I want to display: Unique Call ID - 12345 Evalualor ID - Tate, Tammy
