When I use place the content editor web-part into a master-page (using designer), it allows me to select a file to use (sort of like clicking a browse button).
But when I place the content editor web-part into a web-part zone, I have to enter the URL manually. Is there a reason as to why that 'browse' button is not used for the web-part zone?
Is there someway to turn that on?
