Sharepoint 2010. Looking for a no code solution. So I have an infopath form, In the form the user can enter the name of a person who should also receive an email (through workflow). I use the People Picker Control.
Now through Sharepoint Designer I have the workflow and I am trying to extract that persons email. However I cannot extract anything, all I have is the account ID but that does not convert to email obviously.
It would be easy if they can just fill in the email on the infopath web form but that would not help ease of use. And it does work if I do not use infopath and just use list column person. Designer can extract the email nicely. Alas I need the form here.
I have scoured the forms but would like a no code solution. Can anyone help. Am I going the right way, is there a better way?
