I am using SP2013 and want o connect to an external data source which is an sql server source. I would like to display the some table contents from a phone list here. I am new to the software and have had no previous expereince in sharepoint. I have read a lot of articles that prove only to be confusing. Is there anyone who is able to assist? or offer some pointers or good articles for the beginer?
