My Share Point Top sub-Menu (menu items which is display when the mouse is hover on top menu)were not loaded because of the link that is used in Summary Link Web part was having a problem. That menu is waiting for the Summary Link Web Part to be loaded or timeout.
Now the link problem was solved but - I want to reduce the timeout value of summary link web part. Because it was take around 3 minute to timeout and the page was not display properly until that webpart is working or timeout.
