how to add repeating field like repeating rows (record) with Infopath?

Question

i want to add only a repeating field into repeating section.

i have a repeating section that users can add rows easily to it.

but we have to redesign it ...

• that users can add field like multiple fields to it?

is this possible?

i search and read carefully this article but ... i want another thing.
