i am using a PublishingWeb with three different PageLayouts. None of which is "more default" than the others...

Is there a standard-function that I can use to extend the siteActions-menu? Something like 

openModalDialog('..../createNewPublishingPageWithGivenContentTypeDialog.aspx?ctype=Layout007')
