How Can I grup by day elements, and add them only when I find out is sum of dates in one day don't higher then some of values, and if they are good add a elements, or if they aren't good dont add Elements in Secend items lists in ItemsAdding. Please help.

I must do if in event receiver, and that IF schould find out which of sum of values of percent in the same worker, and day and new value of percen aren't higer then some of values. – Grzegorz Z Nov 29 '12 at 14:43
