Create custom login page for both windows and forms based authentication

Question

I created one site with forms based authentication. Now I want to create custom login page for both windows and forms based authentication. For this I followed this post. In this for windows authentication he is login to the site with the currently logged in user. But now I want to give a provision that provide another windows user authentication login also for this site. Bottom line is I want one login control which can handle windows authentication of any user and also forms authentication. I googled but unable found correct one. If any one knows can you please give me suggestion?
