When i open moss 2007 Running Site it is showing error as below

.I came to knew i.e a file with name _vti_cnf get's created due to opening site in designer
.And I deleted all the _vti_cnf files in all the folders and sub folders of my web
application directory and as well as in 80 default virtual directory ,And deleted Compact browser files which were created in Appbrowser folder.But still I am unable to open Site.Any solutions asap
