I am not able to add any app from SharePoint store. Got the below message

Sorry, we can't seem to connect to the SharePoint Store. Try again in a bit.

How to resolve this error. whats default access level to add SharePoint store App?

Some here but what interesting that I can access SharePoint store from central admin if will click on add app there. – Evgeny Nov 8 '12 at 18:24
