Deletting Cascade in two lists when same of elements Adds by Item Adding

Question

I have got two lists. One coresponding with another. When I add in first list one elements\ in the secound list ellements adding element's by elements. But the lookap fild is not writing a IDNumber. How to delete programicaly Cascade When in first list element delete, in the secound lists associated all element too.
