I have a problem and don't know how to solve it.

I was set up the refinement panel for filter by SiteTitle. All refinements were working fine. One day the refinemt stopped working (is posible i touched something, but i don't know what!!).

If I search 'SiteTitle' in crawled properties all seems to be ok.

NAme: ows_SiteName(text) Mapped to: SiteTitle Included in index=yes Multivalue:no.

Refinement panel:

(Category Title="Filtrar" Description="Sitio del que proviene este documento"
Type="Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.WebControls.ManagedPropertyFilterGenerator" MetadataThreshold="1" NumberOfFiltersToDisplay="30"
MaxNumberOfFilters="0" SortBy="Frequency"
SortByForMoreFilters="Name" SortDirection="Descending"
SortDirectionForMoreFilters="Ascending" ShowMoreLink="False"
MappedProperty="SiteTitle" MoreLinkText="mostrar más"
LessLinkText="mostrar menos" )

I performed a full crawl and I thing the property data is not been crawled because if I try to search sitetitle='mysitetitle' nothing apears.nothing whith 'mysitetitle' too.

Have somebody any idea what can be happening?

Hi Maria, check to see if the managed metadata service is running. Central admin > Manage Service Apps > Managed Metadata Service. Also check the permissions for access, your indexer needs access. (In-case there was an AD update maybe) – Hugh Wood Oct 29 '12 at 20:27
The service is running. I am working on a test server so, only have two users, and I allways work whith admin privileges. – maria Oct 30 '12 at 9:34
Did you try restarting the service? – Hugh Wood Oct 30 '12 at 10:48
Yes I did it. The solution for me have been reinstall sharepoint in a new test server and import my site. Now is working. thank you all. – maria Nov 6 '12 at 14:27
