Besides licensing a project server and syncing it with sharepoint, what are my options in implementing a similar experience in sharepoint 2010 with the least amount of customization and other overheads?
For starters I tried the OOTB Project Tasks list which seemed pretty good, but would like to explore other options (if they can offer added features) as well.
I would also like to build a KPI based off of the the projects eventually.
