I mean do I need to create those again at Production server also?

In order to make a reusable solution for BDC/BCS connections, you would have to create the BDC model in a Visual Studio project. MSDN has some good articles on how to do this. I would start with http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee231530.aspx.
