I created a custom list and attached a nintex workflow to it. The workflow starts with a condition (If the individual chosen a specific department then the email would go to that manager. After that the individual will Choose one of four options on what it would be. At the end of the workflow if the manager has chosen that it is a Project, then I would need a word document template to populate to the individual who orginally uploaded the form.

Any ideas? maybe a update document and add content control?
