I have a sales performance scorecard on my PerformancePoint BI site - SP 2010. My KPI's are working, but I have one issue. Each sales region has a different metric to calculate it's KPI targets. This means that I don't want to use the same KPI in each row of my scorecard.
Here's a visual of my current scorecards "columns"
Region | MTD Sales | YTD Sales | Northeast KPI Target | Southeast KPI Target
So as you can guess, I only want to use Northeast KPI for my NE row, Southeast for me SE row, and so on.
Does anyone know how I can trigger only one column target per row? If not, I think I may have to create an individual scorecard for each region, and display them individually on my dashboard, which I don't think is very elegant. ANY suggestions are welcome. Thx!
