We are using SharePoint for our issue management handling. At the moment, we simply use the standard lists (after some customization) and it works pretty well. We would like some more features though. Most importantly: * More powerful lifecycle/workflow of issues. E.g. issues automatically get re-assigned to creator when addresses, etc * Different edit-forms for different users. End-users should only see mandatory fields, power-users should see more. * Easier to attach screen-dumps, etc
Does anyone know of any add-ons, commercial or non-commercial, that adds on SharePoint's built-in lists to make allow more advanced issue handling?
We are currently on WSS 3.0, but are moving to SharePoint Foundation 2010 some time in the future...
