Now this is really weird and I know it is a bug definately. I have two pages both made exactly the same on is newer and the other is older both same syntax. I have an accordion control. when I open the old one accordion works fine on both browsers when I create a new form using SPD copying the exact same code over run it accordion breaks and i get a Invalid Argument on IE but it works still in Firefox no errors I am using IE 9 I really don't understand why SPD is so buggy.

Without any information it's hard to guess. But let me give it a try: are you using $ instead of jQuery? – Per Jakobsen Oct 10 '12 at 18:01
Yes should I use JQUERY – Joseph D Surgeon Oct 10 '12 at 18:12
The thing is I have 2 exact copies one works the other doesn't – Joseph D Surgeon Oct 10 '12 at 18:12
Could it be because the divs doesn't contain content – Joseph D Surgeon Oct 10 '12 at 18:16
